RESTAURANT

We warmly in the "Hans-Clauert-Stube" welcome

Our dining room is named after the "Märkischer Eulenspiegel", who lived in Trebbin in the 17th century.

We offer a restaurant with 40 seats and open kitchen. Our excellent cuisine (1 cooking spoon in ARAL Schlemmer Atlas) is known for its regional, indigenous dishes using fresh, local produce.
As specialty of the house you can enjoy the Alsatian tarte flambe and numerous Palatine wines. The Flammkuchen from the stone oven there in several variants. Once classically Alsatian with crème fraiche, fine bacon and diced onions, served in style on the wooden board - and even in Swiss, Italian, Greek and Norman art.
For asparagus delicious variations from fresh Beelitz asparagus are served. In the darker season there are poultry and venison, goose and deer stew.
Meat dishes and daily a large salad bar complete the offer.
